REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

A: BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Booking is ONLY CONFIRMED on 100% advance payment of the entire booking before check-in.

B: CANCELLATION POLICY.

Retention shall be charged for entire stay dates towards cancellation, including taxes and adjusted towards your advance deposited or payment guarantee.

To avoid cancellation charges please do before,

1.Below 5 rooms, 7 Days prior from the arrival date

2.Above 5 rooms, 30 days prior from the arrival date.

NON REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS / BLACK OUT DATES.

You shall be charged full amount including taxes for non-refundable/cancellable bookings.

HELLO MEMBERSHIP COMPLIMENTARY VOUCHER:

Non Refundable, Non Cancellable, Non Amendable, Max Occupancy 2+1, No Extra Bed & EP Plan. Physical voucher to be handed over during arrival at the front desk.

In-case of approved refunds, we take 02 – 04 working weeks from the date of cancellation.

JURISDICTION

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bhubaneswar Court.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events that make it impossible for you to stay in the holiday home/villa, ANANYA Group (A Unit Of Prabhukrupa Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to decide and cancel the reservation at the management’s decision which stands final.
